January 2022 Schedule 

Hello All,

Well here we are at the end of a year that has been a ride and a half for all of us in ways as individual as we are. I personally look forward to the freshness of 2022 and all it will bring.
I am excited to have completed phase one of my scheduling for January 2022. There will be a program that presents both on-line and in-person classes.
Eduardo will be back in Vancouver for the April Term so his classes will remain from Sunny Mexico, and Andrew's will be teaching on-line and in-person in a 'vaxxed to the max' (double vaccinated and masks) environment for safe, FUN, in person singing!

There will be some more January workshops programmed and some more modules coming in phase 2 of the January 2022 scheduling so keep 'em peeled for that.


This term I am able to reinstigate a current student discount, on your next 10 week ukulele course, of $15, Hooray I hear you say, you have until November 28th at 10am to use it, and register your spot before registration goes live to the public at the same time.

The Christmas Ukulele Workshop presented by Andrew 'Santa' Smith, is back this year! After its annual success, I have now decreed it as a tradition. December 15th 2021 where you will learn a fantastic repertoire of traditional, blues, country, and folk seasonal tunes to entertain yourselves, friends, and family this holiday season.  I don't know about you, but I will be celebrating hard this NYE when the clock strikes midnight and a new year begins.


Finally, for those of you who like Jazz and live music, the jazz band I lead, Black Gardenia, will be playing at Frankie's Jazz club on December 4th 2021.

A quintet with Andrew Smith on Guitar, and the occasional Uke tune, Paul Pigat on Guitar, Chris Davis on trumpet, and Brent Gubbels on Bass, and myself on Jazzy vocals. It will be the first gig I have agreed to do this year, and the cats are wild, so, so, so good. Frankies is an intimate little jazz club, with a double vax protocol so it'll be lovely. I'm looking forward to it. Our shows seem to sell out so it's probably a good idea to reserve. See you there?
